We’re always looking for ways to improve your experience at The Pain Relief Center. Clients told us how much more convenient it would be to be able to pay by credit card, so we brought Square Credit Card Processing into our business. That relationship has gone so well that now we’ve begun to integrate their latest business technology software into other areas as well. They’ve created a system that enhances the way we send you timely appointment notifications, makes credit card payments and booking online more convenient, and lets you easily purchase eCards.
Here’s a look into some of the exciting ways The Pain Relief Center has made it easier for you to feel better in your body.
Notifications and Reminders:
We will now automatically send most notifications and reminders as both texts and emails. If you prefer to receive notifications and reminders in a single format, just let us know.
You will receive a notification whenever you make a new appointment. The notification gives you a chance to review all the pertinent information regarding the appointment, plus a link where you can make changes.

You will also receive a confirmation notification 24 hours prior to your appointment. Simply click on the link to confirm that we can expect to see you. For those of you who get a little too busy during the day, you’ll appreciate the text reminder we send everyone 1 hour prior to your appointment.

It’s easy to make changes to your appointment, directly from the notices. If you’d like to change your appointment via the text, all you have to do is type in a reply to chat with our automated assistant. Simply type in something like “I’d like to reschedule my appointment,” and the automated assistant will begin a conversation to help you reschedule. If you’d like to change your appointment via the email, you can simply click on the reschedule button and follow the prompts. You receive a new notification with any changes to your appointment.
Please note that the scheduling software only allows you to make changes online 12 hours prior to your appointment. Any closer to your scheduled time requires calling/texting your therapist directly.

Square has proven to be an easy and reliable provider of credit card processing. Now we have the ability to integrate your preferred credit card into your client profile so you’ll never need to take out your card ever again!
It all starts with that little square devise we attach to our phones to swipe your credit card. Once we swipe your card, or manually enter the card number, your sensitive information is encrypted and sent to Square’s Data Center where your information is further encrypted and stored. Your card number, magnetic strip data and security codes are never kept on any of our devices or visible in the profile itself.
Square uses industry-standard methods when storing that information, and only the most secure cryptographic protocols and message formats are used when transferring data. Square meets Level 1 PCI Data Security Standards, and, as per their terms, security standards, and privacy policies, they will never sell information to third party vendors.
A lot of people love the instant access that online booking offers, and now Square Scheduling makes that even easier. You can get to our online booking page either through our website, or by simply bookmarking the Square Booking Site address on your computer or phone so you can access it directly.
Once you’re on the Square Booking Site, simply select the service you’d like to book then select your therapist. If you need help feeling better in your body ASAP, you can select “first available” and you will see the first available openings for each of the therapists. You will only be able to reserve dates and times that those therapists are available. If your #1 choice doesn’t appear as an option you can try a different day/time or choose another therapist.
You now have access to the convenience of not only booking online, but of purchasing services and products for either yourself or for someone else.
There are two ways you can so this, and both center on the Shop Online page of our website.
First, for people who understand how important regular Bodywork is to helping you feel better in your body, you can purchase packages of 3, 6, or 10 sessions that offer discounts of up to 15% over purchasing a single session. Simply click on the service you’d like and you’ll be taken to the cart, where you use either your credit card or PayPal to make your purchase.
Secondly, if you want to find the perfect gift for a friend, partner, spouse, or relative, you can purchase an eCard, or electronic Gift Certificate. Simply click on the eCards link, or bookmark the Square eCard site address so you can access it directly.
